Candidate Screening

From day one you’ll be assigned a member of our team whose number one priority is to work in conjunction with your HR facility. Whilst your vacancy is attracting candidates, from online, we will undergo a range of applicant management activities to ensure you receive quality applications at all times. After manually filtering and screening incoming CVs, the team will provide you with all relevant applications for you to compile a shortlist of candidates ready to interview.

Candidate Short Listing

It’s at this stage you can follow up any CVs of interest. We can allow you to take control of the interview process and ultimately decide who to employ. After all, you’re the most knowledgeable about the role We can forward to any prospective candidates your application forms if required and also organise interviews on your behalf if needs be.
